We are seeking a motivated, detail oriented office assistant with a positive, friendly attitude to provide clerical and office assistant services to our Nursing Facility Administration at Lakeland Village located in Medical Lake, Washington. Join us on our mission to Transform Lives!
Some of what you'll do
Perform clerical and office assistant services as part of the Occupational Therapy Department
File, organize and distribute resident records pertaining to Occupational Therapy services as appropriate
Using program knowledge, perform delegated professional office assistant duties
Review and research operating procedures; develop solutions and/or recommendations
Help assure completion of documentation input/output by understanding regulations, policies, procedures and standards as directed by Occupational Therapy staff
Set up and maintain files
Research and order items as requested
Prioritize and schedule staff work within established supervisory guidelines
Keeps supervisor informed of items requiring review or action
Gather information; relay assignments; obtain progress reports and keep apprised of deadlines
Conduct data collection for quality assurance
Answer questions and correspondence on departmental matters
Compose and type letters, memos and reports
Prepare agendas for meetings

Persons with high school graduation or equivalent and two years of clerical experience.
