We have immediate career opportunities on all three shifts for Certified Nursing Assistants at the Lakeland Village Residential Habilitation Center Nursing Facility. You'll work with residents in a homelike environment alongside peers who are driven by these same goals and focused on our mission to Transform Lives.

Not a CNA/NAC? We will train you! If you have a passion for working in the healthcare field and supporting individuals with disabilities, we offer a no-cost Nursing Assistant Certification Program for full-time employees.

Some of what you will do:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, self-help and therapeutic activities, recreation, and social skills

  • Provide personal care and hygiene assistance to male and female residents

  • Take vital signs and report data

  • Assist in meal preparations, adhere to diet orders by differentiating food and liquid textures/consistencies, and assist in feeding residents

  • Document any observed changes in resident behavior, physical status, and possible medical or psychological conditions

  • Reposition and transfer residents using state-of-the-art equipment and a team approach

Who should apply? 

  • Motivated applicants with a High School Diploma/GED OR One year of experience working with people with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities

  • Current Nursing Assistant Certification (NAC) from the State of Washington OR the interest and ability to attend our onsite NAC training and pass the Washington State Nursing Assistant Certification Exam

Evening and Night shifts include a shift differential in addition to the standard compensation rate.

Opportunities performed on-site at this work location at least three days a week may be eligible for an additional 5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary.
