The following is highly desired:
Current WA EL06 License
EPA 608 Universal Certification / CFC license
Knowledge of standard practices, methods, materials, tools, and equipment used in mechanical trades and HVAC work
Ex: principles of operation of HVAC systems, occupational hazards, and safety practices of the HVAC trade
Ability to read, interpret, and update blueprints, use automated building monitoring and control systems, estimate time and materials, use arc and gas welding equipment, and use all types of hand and power tools
