DSHS DDA Administrative Assistant 2
Lakeland Village within the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) is looking for a highly motivated, organized, resourceful administrative assistant to join their team in Medical Lake, WA.
This job is a great opportunity to support our mission to Transform Lives.
Opportunities performed on-site at this work location at least three days a week may be eligible for an additional 5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary.
Some of what you'll do:
Support administrative duties in the administration office
Handle and process mail for the facility
Assist with the hiring of Direct Care staff
Update and maintain employee org chart/roster for facility
Assist Administrative Assistant 4
What we're looking for:
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of client and employee information.
Knowledge of office procedures and practices; research methods and data collection; communication and correspondence practices
Ability to proficiently use various computer programs, including, but not limited to Microsoft office, including Outlook, Excel and Word
Experience interacting with a variety of customers
Ability to identify abuse/neglect and fulfill the requirements of a mandatory reporter
