Description:The Bimbo Bakeries USA Operations Co-Op program is a dynamic 6-month, paid, opportunity that affords students a remarkable experience to participate in fast-paced real world projects designed to further develop strategic project management, analytical problem solving, and managerial leadership skills.
Mentors will be designated to guide student collaborations and project work in each area. Students will be exposed to a variety of functional areas such as marketing, supply chain, engineering, operations, and production while earning college credits in various locations nationwide. Locations: Charlotte, NC; Horsham, PA; Rocklin, CA Key Job ResponsibilitiesAssist team in in identifying process improvements.Assist in the development and documentation of sales and supply chain best practices.Create sales tools and resources.Analyze Sales data and steps of the sales cycle (from production to delivery) and our software programs.Participate in regular communication meetings and relationship building with our associates and customers.Hands on strategizing, planning, and problem solving.Additional opportunities and related projects as assigned.
