In this exciting role, you will be assigned to support daily activities regarding Pratt & Whitney's D&A program, ensuring compliance to Federal Aviation (FAA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and guidance.
Process pre-employment applications for drug and Alcohol testing.
Coordinate monthly random selection process with third party vendor.
Assist Human Resource departments ensuring random selected employees are notified and tested.
Assist Designated Employee Representative (DER) to establish followup testing requirements.
Prepare annual Federal Aviation Administration Management Information System Reports (MIS Reports).
Prepare departments for FAA Drug Abatement Division inspection and audits.
Process third party invoices, ensuring proper charging to PW cost centers and programs.
Coordinating onsite audits and mock collections at the various PW facilities.
Prepare potential voluntary disclosure to regulatory authorities.
Revise and develop program standard work, ensuring alignment to current FAA and DOT regulations.
