Starting Compensation:

24.36 - 29.23 USD Per Hour

Working Location:

San Jose, CA (In person position)

Working Hours/Shift:

Day Shift - flexible hours

What you bring to SBHG (qualifications):·

• High School Diploma required.

• At least 1 year of experience providing substance use prevention and treatment services.

• Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADC)

• Valid California Driver's License

How you will make a difference (job overview):

This position is responsible for providing individual, group and collateral counseling and other supportive services which are appropriate to the participant's recovery process. Facilitates various education and awareness workshops on topics appropriate to recovery. Assists clients in recovery and discharge planning. .

Division/Program Overview:

• Works with clients ages 12-21

• Youth consented program

• Community, clinic, home, and school-based services

• Address substance use and harm reduction
