The Driver/Sales Associate ensures that guests' orders are delivered in a timely and satisfactory manner, while being able to deliver a Best-in-Class Experience. The Driver associate will contribute to the daily operations of the delivery department and will assist in the guest pick-up department while providing necessary support to overall business. The Driver Associate is expected to provide the best customer experience by cultivating strong customer relationships based on knowledge and passion for the brand and products. This includes welcoming customers, ensuring they are cared for, listening to their needs, and treating them with the utmost respect.

What You'll Do

  • Demonstrate Best-in-Class Experience by ensuring all duties are performed.

  • Obey all traffic laws and health + safety protocols when making deliveries to ensure the safety of oneself, our guests, and the community.

  • Remain educated and informed about all products and up to date on promotions or sales.

  • Ability to work in both a team environment and as an individual contributor.

  • Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to changes in both priorities and the work environment.

  • Willingness to support retail operations as needed.

  • Ability to assist with other aspects of the business including marketing, promotion, inventory, and other areas as needed.

  • Organize sellable product in processing room and secured room per TPCO P + P and while following all METRC guidelines.

  • Package products in boxes to ensure they are ready for movement within the premises or for distribution.

  • Perform cycle counts of assigned inventory lots and locations.

  • Flag inventory discrepancies of under/over amounts and/or QC discrepancies to the Operations Supervisor.

  • Pick and stage inventory for all outgoing orders and assist in the put-away process for finished goods.

  • Assist in the implementation of procedures to prevent errors.

  • Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance.

  • Maintain professionalism in appearance, attitude, and communication.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as outlined + assigned by management.

What You Have

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Self-starter with the ability to multitask + prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

  • Must be able to adapt to a changing work environment.

  • Provide adequate levels of support to internal stakeholders.

  • Must be detail-oriented and take direction well.

  • Cannabis experience is a plus but not required.

  • Experience in the delivery industry preferred but not required.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work as part of a team.

  • Must be reliable and dependable with a good work ethic.

  • Required to have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving history. Must have own transportation.

Working Environment

This position will work in an indoor facility with controlled temperatures. There may be exposure to bright lighting, loud equipment, and airborne particles. This position requires working in proximity to guests and staff.

This role requires frequent travel throughout the assigned delivery area, particularly during peak times.

Job Requirements

  • Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities, not hours. The Operations Associate must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as needed.

  • Required to have a valid California driver's license with acceptable driving history.

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.

  • Vehicle must be up to date on smog checks, be registered under the driver/operator, and be named on the insurance while having a functioning OBD port for the GPS trackers and covered/locking trunk.

  • Must have an iPhone or Android smartphone.

  • Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.

  • Selected candidates will be required to complete a post-offer, pre-employment background check with the local law enforcement, as applicable.
