Pay and Incentives:

• Competitive Driver Pay

• Drivers starting at $18+/hr (depending on experience)

• During Training (2 weeks to 60 days) $17 an hour.

• Competitive Helper Pay

• Helpers starting at $15/hr

• During Training (2 weeks to 60 days) $14 an hour.

• Tips

• Tips can and often do increase your pay to $30+ per hour

• Profit Sharing

• After 1 year of continuous employment:

• Profit-Sharing bonus every 6 months.
• 401k with contribution matching up to 3%

Qualifications

Minimum Driver Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Valid DL for at least 2 years

• No more than 2 traffic violations in the past 2 years.
