Driver/Process Server

Job Description Job Description We are a Concord‐based legal support company with an immediate opening for a full time driver/court runner/process server position. This can be an entry level position for the right person.

The ideal candidate must possess a professional demeanor, be detail‐oriented, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. The candidate for this multi-faceted position must: • Be able to maintain confidentiality of our clients and their related documents • Be able to pay attention to detail and have strong organizational skills • Have a firm understanding of basic principles; be able to arrange items according to alphabetic and alphanumeric structures • Ability to lift 25-35 pound boxes • Have and maintain a reliable economical vehicle with current insurance Duties include but are not limited to : • Filing documents, records and research • Serving legal documents • Messenger deliveries • Customer returns THIS POSITION PAYS AN HOURLY WAGE PLUS A MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT. THIS POSITION ALSO REQUIRES A CAR IN GOOD RUNNING CONDITION AND CURRENT AUTO INSURANCE POLICY. In addition to the skills and duties above, the ideal candidate will also have a positive attitude, strong written and verbal communication skills, impeccable attendance and punctuality, and a strong work ethic are essential.
