The purpose of the Driver/Bellman is to serve guests in a professional, gracious manner and to perform all duties associated with bell staff to include loading, unloading and transportation of guest luggage, escorting guests to and from guest rooms, promoting hotel facilities and demonstrating guest room accommodations, providing information to guests, operating hotel vehicles, and more. Transport guests in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner using safe driving practices.
Greet guests and proactively assist them with luggage as they enter and exit the hotel and shuttle, delivering luggage to guest rooms as required.
Become highly familiar with airport routes and terminal locations.
Provide courteous and helpful information while en route; Point out local points of interest, offer up dining suggestions and answer any questions guests may have regarding the local area.
Maintain vehicles by reporting any mechanical problems; Perform routine checks and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure that hotel vehicles are clean and presentable inside and out.
Keep vehicle fluid levels at appropriate levels (gas, oil, windshield fluids, tires, etc.).
Anticipate and follow through on guests' service needs.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
Immediately report and follow up on any significant maintenance issues and safety hazards.
Perform other duties as needed.
Valid drivers license; CDL is a plus.
Previous hotel industry work experience is highly desired.
Exceptional service orientation, with keen ability to focus and deliver on guest needs.
Reliable and responsible character, with exceptional follow up and attention to detail.
Ability to adhere to expectations and standards for accuracy, friendliness, speed, quality and efficiency.

Must be able to repeatedly move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 75 pounds without assistance.
Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
