Young Living is looking for a driven, self-motivated driver. This position plays a significant role in ensuring that the outbound operations of our distribution center run smoothly and efficiently. This individual has comprehensive experience in material transport, record keeping, and warehouse and replenishment procedures.

1.Drive Young Living truck and van to transport material between offsite warehouse location, main warehouse, and corporate locations
2.Drive YL truck and van to deliver and pick loads to and from local vendor locations
3.Follow all safety and DOT regulations while transporting materials using YL truck
4.Provide quick, courteous, and timely service and support when delivering and supplying materials requested
5.Perform daily truck and van inspections and help maintain safe operating condition of equipment
6.Load and unload truck and van using forklift equipment and verify all loads are safely secured to protect against damages
7.Pull order requests and replenish inventory materials using forklift equipment
8.Ensure all established dock safety procedures are strictly followed
9.Compile and maintain accurate records of quantity and type of material received, stocked, transferred, and issued and fulfill material requisitions
Maintain accurate records or all inventory movement using inventory tracking system
Communicate material movement and deliveries with our receiving and replenishment departments
Follow all warehouse and replenishment procedures to maintain accurate inventory and ensure safe efficient movement of materials

This position does not supervise employees.
This job operates in a warehouse environment, and the employee will need to wear appropriate clothing and specific OSHA safety gear. This job will also operate in an outdoor environment and the employee will need to wear appropriate clothing and applicable OSHA safety gear. Essential oils are worn and/or diffused in the work environment.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to use manual dexterity to handle, feel, and operate objects, tools, and controls and reach with hands and arms.
This individual is frequently required to stand, talk, and hear. Specific vision abilities of this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. The employee is required to move, load, and unload various vehicles. The employee must be physically able to tolerate the scent of essential oils worn or diffused.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position requires shift work on variable days of the week. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Required Education and Experience
Level I - DOT (Box Truck)
A high school education or GED and three to twelve months of similar or related experience. Forklift certification and DOT medical card are required.
Level II - CDL Driver
A high school education or GED and one to three years of similar or related experience. Forklift certification and Class A CDL licensing is required.
Level III - CDL Driver
A high school education or GED and three plus years of similar or related experience. Forklift certification, Class A CDL licensing, and hazmat endorsement is required.
