The Quincy Kroc Center Youth department is dedicated to creating a safe and engaging space for children to learn, grow, and thrive. We believe that every child deserves a nurturing environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
As a Driver, you'll be an integral part of our mission to provide safe and reliable transportation to children in our community. What You'll Do: Safely transport school-aged children from area schools to the Kroc Center.
Ensure kids are safe and following the rules at all times. Be a friendly and trusted adult figure for the kids during their ride. Follow scheduled routes and ensure everyone is picked-up and dropped-off on time.
Keep the vehicle clean and report any maintenance needs. Maintain a friendly and positive atmosphere while following all traffic laws. What are We Looking For?
High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 21 years or older. Clean driving record (no tickets or accidents in the last 3 years). Reliable, punctual, and responsible with great attention to safety.
A love for kids and a positive attitude. Patience, reliability, and empathy. Position Details & Perks:
Pay rate is $17/hour Driving hours are Monday-Friday 2:30-4:00pm Summer hours may vary depending on Youth Program needs About the Kroc Center: The Quincy Kroc Center redefines what a community center is all about.
