About The Job:

Driver Services Champions are responsible for providing our professional driver customers with fast and friendly service at the diesel islands. Other responsibilities include directing fueling and traffic flow, troubleshooting issues at the fuel islands, and assisting with transactions at the islands. We are looking for motivated individuals with a friendly, outgoing personality to "wow" the customer at the diesel island and handle difficult customer situations as they arise.

The perfect candidate will always have their GAME on:

  • GREET our professional drivers as they fuel with us,
  • ASSIST our professional drivers as they fuel with us,
  • MANAGE the throughput at the diesel lanes,
  • EXPEDITE the fueling process of approaching the lanes, pulling forward, and moving to a parking space if in the location an extended length of time.

Our team ensures each customer in our Travel Centers receives excellent customer service. Our team achieves this by consistently delivering fast service, friendly smiles, and clean facilities to all of our customers.

You could be our ideal candidate if you have:

  • Working knowledge of diesel transactions and professional driver loyalty program

  • Interact with professional drivers, and understand the "life of a professional" driver.

  • Understand the amenities we provide at their facility.

  • Must have a tremendous sense of urgency, and be FRIENDLY!

  • Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Ability to run accurate gas and diesel transactions

  • Ability to use calculator, computer, telephone, and other equipment as needed

  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays

About the Job As a Maintenance Repair you are responsible for the maintenance of various buildings and campsites including (8 modern comfort stations, 1 modern restroom, 200 electrical campsite pedestals, 15 Group Camp Buildings, 11 vault toilets, Toboggan Warming Center, Toboggan Tower, Signal tower, Trail Structures, and 6 Shelter Houses. A Day in the Life * Makes routine carpentry, plumbing and electrical repairs; * Checks heating, air conditioning, kitchen, laundry and maintenance equipment for efficiency and makes necessary repairs; * Installs curtain rods, toilet paper and toothbrush holders, tile, screens, window glass, doors, wiring and conduits, plumbing fixtures and other varied items; * Checks and repairs electrical appliances, motors, pumps, fire alarm systems, thermostats, door bells and buzzers; * Repairs locks, makes keys and provides secure facility and property; * Assists a skilled trades person on major projects; What We're Looking For * High School diploma or GED * Must possess a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or must obtain within 90 days of employment. What You'll Need For Success * Working knowledge of, and ability to use skills in, carpentry, masonry, plumbing and electrical repairs; * Ability to read and follow instructions and to handle simple mathematical problems per the aforementioned duties; * Ability to determine malfunctions of electrical and mechanical equipment and make simple repairs; * Ability to read blueprints and understand schematics; * Ability to set tile, finish concrete and plaster and to do tuck pointing; * Ability to obtain and hold a valid driver's license; * Ability to use a wide variety of hand and power tools. Supervisory Responsibilities/Direct Reports: This role does not provide direct supervision to direct reports.
