Title: Shuttle Driver

Reports to: General Manager / Assistant Manager / Supervisor

Position Summary:
Responsible for providing safe and courteous transportation of customers between the parking facility and the airport.

Key Responsibilities of Shuttle Drivers:

  • Greets each customer with a smile, offering to assist with their luggage

  • Provides pleasant customer service

  • Maintains accurate familiarity with the airport terminals and general area

  • Cooperates with all team members to provide the best possible service

  • Complies with all applicable regulations and requirements governing operation of commercial vehicles

  • Performs additional duties as reasonably requested by Management

Knowledge, Skills, & Experience of Shuttle Drivers:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age

  • High school education or equivalent

  • Previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred, not required

  • Clean driving record

  • Currently holds, or is able to obtain, applicable licenses or badges as required by governing authorities to operate a commercial vehicle

  • Must be willing to pass a physical as part of the selection process as required by airport, federal DOT and/or state regulations

  • Able to read and speak the English language sufficiently (DOT Requirement)

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to assist with luggage

Job Description This position will be on N1 Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and every other Thursday from 6:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. Location:This position is located at our facility in Research Park, near the University of Utah - 575 Chipeta Way, 84108 There is a shift differential for working this shift. * Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures, and state, federal and local laws. * Reports process or equipment problems to supervisor; performs minor or basic troubleshooting. * Ensures batch records, equipment log books, and other relevant records are current; performs batch record reconciliation. * Sets-up and operates equipment for processing operations. * Cleans and maintains processing rooms and equipment. * Monitors process and equipment and makes necessary adjustments to maintain batch record specifications. * Monitors product quality. * Follows established department SOP's and batch record instructions. * Complies with all Company policies and procedures, including safety rules and regulations. * Performs related duties as assigned. Qualifications * Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), DEA and other regulatory requirements with a minimum of one (1) year of experience operating equipment. * Effective oral and written communication skills. * SOP's, cGMP's, equipment and safety practices. * Proper English grammar and punctuation. * Standard Operating Procedures for process rooms and manufacturing area. * GMP compliance in a regulated work environment. * Manufacturing processes and equipment procedures. * Record keeping skills. * Basic math skills.
