Under general supervision, the Driver position is responsible for greeting all residents, team members, and visitors in a warm, confident, and knowledgeable manner. She/he is responsible for ensuring the safe travel of the residents, visitors, and team members of the community.

Works as a member of the Resident Services team to deliver excellence in hospitality and customer service. She/he is responsible for assisting with carrying of packages, groceries, and luggage for transportation within the community. Transports residents in cars, trams, busses and/or vans to appointments, local shopping, and/or activities; provides assistance to the residents; and maintains and may clean the vehicle(s). Position may be combined with that of Activities Assistant or Census Taker at some CCRC's. As a representative and team member of the company, this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident satisfaction.

Education High School Diploma or equivalent Experience/Training One to three years of driving experience with a clean DMV record Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Must possess a valid Class B, if driving vans, or Class C California Driver's License. Must have clearance with California Department of Motor Vehicles with no serious violations.

With minimal supervision, coordinates mental health, substance abuse and Employee Assistance Program services for members through careful telephonic triage. Direct members to appropriate care settings within contracted network. Provide support, member satisfaction and resolution of concerns for the Utilization Management function of all members. Assist members with problem solving and support the efforts of other departments regarding retention of members through phone calls or meetings to resolve difficulties. Has direct contact with providers, members and third-party administrators. Builds cases and documents Primary Responsibilities: * Process incoming phone calls. Each agent shall comply with customer service procedures and calls will be handled within department standards. * Make available appropriate provider contact information as requested by members. * Assist with scheduling appointments, as needed. Appointments scheduled within department guidelines i.e. Routine within 2 weeks, urgent within 2 days, emergent non-life threatening with 24 hours, emergent life-threatening immediate referral to hospital/ER. Work with capitated provider networks to secure timely appointments, as needed. * Complete departmental documentation in Facets, Macess or Pronto, as appropriate. A Macess CSF is used for documentation at time of all calls. Documentation may include demographics (patient & provider), description of present problem, insurance/EAP information, services approved, disposition, DOS range, case manager assignment and letter to be generated from system. * Data entry documentation: callers name, author, DOS range, letter generated, provider information, insurance information and case manager assigned in 100% of cases.Primary staff responsible for 7 day hospital follow-up process and documentation including quarterly report for BHO QIC meeting if applicable. Required Qualifications: * High School Diploma / GED (or higher) * 2 years previous customer service experience * Must possess excellent computer skills, window-based applications Microsoft Word (creating / editing documents) and Microsoft Excel (creating / editing spreadsheets, reporting purposes, formatting) * Clerical experience, accurate typing and 10 key skills, alpha, and numeric * Knowledge of medical / mental health terminology * Mastered the ability to learn and apply to job functions, those state and federal laws and regulations applicable to the operating unit. * Advance knowledge of insurance benefits, lines of business and utilization management department processes and procedures. Preferred Qualifications: * 2 years Call center environment experience * Associate's degree (or higher) * Knowledge of CPT and ICD9 coding Soft Skills: * Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. * Ability to demonstrate initiative, tact and ability to adapt to difficult situations and changing priorities. * Ability to work independently and / or with little supervision. * Ability to contribute to the organization's efforts to eliminate racial and ethnic disparities in organizational performance.
