Our Canyon Ranch drivers safely transport guests through varied weather including snow, sleet, rain and heat, between the property and the train station and airport. You will need to ensure guests are comfortable during the duration of the ride, while providing information about the property and surrounding areas.
Part of your work will be to deliver all incoming guest luggage to the ready room and stores if necessary. You will also ensure Canyon Ranch vehicles are clean and stocked with fruit and water prior to guest entry. This work will be to provide transport as assigned by the Transportation Coordinator and Bell Captain. Also, you will drive guest vehicles to and from the Pavilion to the parking lot, and perform errands for guests to local areas as directed.
You need to have a high school diploma, and also a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
First, you need to have at least two years driving experience, and in order to successfully operate our fleet you'll need to be able to operate a vehicle with standard shift transmission.
You'll also need to be physically able to lift and move guest luggage, and have effective communication and customer service skills. It will also be helpful if you have knowledge of the Berkshires.
