Bring a great attitude, and we'll teach you everything needed to be successful Responsibilities Provide top notch customer service as a driver / laborer as you safely move, pack and unpack customer belongings Safely, responsibly, and professionally operate the moving truck and monitor it's functionality; ensure vehicle is in safe operating order prior to dispatching for the day Greet customers upon arrival as a driver / laborer and complete a walk-through of the premises Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing; comfortably interface with customers Accurately calculate charges for services and complete all move-related paperwork Conduct truck inspections and moving equipment inventory All other duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 21 years or older due to insurance restrictions Valid driver's license and good driving record required; chauffeurs license preferred No driving experience required; we will train Excellent customer service skills Ability to listen and communicate in an effective, helpful and friendly manner with co-workers, customers and management Stamina to lift heavy items (100 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc. Strong logic and mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division using whole numbers and decimals.
