Driver (non-CDL) / Laborer TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is hiring drivers (no CDL required). What We Offer Starting pay: $20 per hour TIPS Top performers on average earn an extra of $150 per week in TIPS Opportunities to earn even higher pay on out of state moves Benefits Medical, dental, vision, basic life and voluntary life insurance, 401(k) Short-term disability and LegalShield/IDShield Monday through Saturday schedules (typically a 4-5 day work week) - Sundays and Holidays off Internal career advancement opportunities Continued employee development and training Dynamic workplace based on our core values If you do not currently have a commercial driver's license, you will be trained to drive a commercial vehicle and supported in getting your driver's license "For-Hire" endorsement What You'll Do Greet customer upon arrival at location, make a positive first impression (smile, handshake, positive attitude), and complete a walk-through of the premises Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack, and unpack customers' belongings Working with a team of movers to load and unload moving truck Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection Safely drive and maneuver various sized vehicles up to a 26-foot box truck What We're Looking For Must be at least 21 years of age due to insurance restrictions Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check Stamina to lift and carry heavy items (75 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing stairs, balancing, walking, etc. Strong problem-solving ability Experience as a non-CDL driver or in general labor, loading, unloading, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly, or warehouse helpful Drug Free Workplace - all applicants must pass pre-employment drug screening and ongoing random screenings per Department of Transportation regulations.
