Cresco Labs is seeking a full time Driver for our growing facility. As a driver, you will be responsible for making deliveries of medical cannabis to dispensaries throughout the state as part of a driving team. The driver is also responsible for planning routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries, providing exceptional customer service at the dispensaries, and following state laws and regulations governing the delivery of cannabis.


  • Safely transport medication to dispensaries

  • Must have a thorough understanding of all state regulations related to delivery/distribution of medical cannabis and ensure full compliance by all department staff

  • Execute all deliveries on time and communicating any delays to the Logistics Manager and dispensary

  • Follow all rules of the road

  • Proper cash handling and acceptance of cash from dispensaries

  • Ensure all vehicles are clean and properly maintained

  • Keep detailed records on all vehicle maintenance and issues

  • Complete all necessary paperwork (checklist, rejection sheet)

  • Communicate with packaging and sales department to resolve product issues

  • Communicate with dispensaries as needed about schedule

  • Work in the packaging department as needed

  • Develop positive relationships with dispensaries

  • Maintain driver logs

  • Excellent customer service, time management and organization skills


  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record

  • Must have flexible schedule in order to accommodate delivery routes

  • Ability to read maps and use GPS

  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs


  • Must be 21 years of age or older to apply

Distinguishing Career Features: The School Office Coordinator Secondary is the final in a career path designated for office leadership. In general, the Coordinator Secondary has functional responsibility for a middle/high school office or the equivalent program in scope. The Coordinators Elementary and Secondary organize, oversee, and perform specific duties, although they may vary site-to-site. On behalf of the Principal, the Coordinators organize work to optimize available staffing and timelines, all the while applying knowledge of general office and information flow, attendance, registration, and budget. Advancement to a School Office Coordinator Secondary is based on need, compliance with job qualifications, and requires the ability to develop, install, and monitor work methods and standards that are effective, efficient, and comply with District needs. Advancement to Coordinator Secondary also requires the ability to assume these responsibilities in a secondary school or program of similar scope. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinates school office activities. Coordinates communications regarding school activities, events and timelines to relieve the Principal of routine administrative detail. Provides work direction and guidance to other clerical staff and volunteers as assigned. Evaluates, organizes, and assigns work to optimize support staff time that is available. Performs secretarial duties for the Principal and other school administrators. Composes letters, memoranda, and bulletins independently within scope of authority.
