Exela Technologies is looking to fill a Driver-Mail Services position in Research Triangle Park, NC. The shift for this position will be 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, working Monday Friday.

So what will you actually be doing?

With a strong attention to detail, this role will facilitate a variety of tasks to ensure high levels of customer service in a fast paced environment

A Driver's daily tasks will involve:

  • Operate a vehicle whose gross vehicle weight exceeds 10,001 lbs. (i.e. Cube Truck, 24 - 26 ft. Straight Truck)

  • Perform all scheduled and unscheduled pickups and deliveries on campus utilizing company vehicle

  • Pick-up and deliver parcels, packages and other items to customers within established timeframes and service standards

  • Lift large bundles of packages and shipments

  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude

  • Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment

  • Participate in cross-training and perform other duties as assigned

  • Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; strong attention to detail

  • Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines

The following is required:

  • Minimum of 6 months customer service related experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of driving, courier, or delivery experience

  • Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills required (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Must be 21 years old

  • Valid Driver's license and ability to pass MVR

  • Must be able to pass a DOT Medical Certification Physical

  • Willingness and availability to work additional hours if assigned

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required

The case management team plays a key role in our vision by directly working with patients, providers, and payers to establish and execute a plan of action to reach therapy administration once a prescription for brexanolone is written. This position requires strong listening, problem solving, communication, and empathy skills. Responsibilities will include but not are not limited to: * Field inbound calls from patients and providers in a professional and empathetic manner * Act as the liaison between the patient, the provider, and the site of care for the brexanolone patient start assistance program * Work closely with the patient/family to case manage all steps required to gain access to therapy * Counsel patients on reimbursement and coverage options * Per the program design, assess patients for financial assistance program eligibility * Work with various sites of care and pharmacies to ensure that product is shipped on time, and that a patient can be scheduled for treatment in a timely manner * Responsible for documentation of case notes in Sage's CRM system Experience, Education and Specialized Knowledge and Skills Must thrive working in a fast-paced, innovative environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to develop important relationships with key stakeholders over the phone. Strong listening skills with a clear sense of empathy for the patient that is being assisted.
