We are seeking an experienced Driver and Computer Technician to join the transportation and logistics team to drive to client sites and perform IT Asset Disposition and Recovery services in accordance with each client's statement of work.

Candidates must be well organized and possess excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Knowledge (Training will be provided):

  • Technical/functional knowledge of computer hardware

  • Familiarity with the Android OS mobile platform

  • Barcode/Asset tag scanning

  • Ability to identify system errors and apply above average knowledge of computer hardware

Shipment Preparation:

  • Package, palletize, load, transport, and unload freight in a manner that adheres to all required safety and quality standards.

  • Prepare, receive and remit appropriate documentation for the delivery or pick up of freight to ensure accurate order tracking, and timely service.

  • Responsible for managing packaging supply inventory at an Ingram Micro

  • ITAD facility or cross dock
  • Responsible for all inventory management, onsite scanning, and reconciliation.

Driving:

  • Remove, transfer, and deliver electronic assets and equipment to an Ingram Micro
  • ITAD facility or cross dock.
  • Maintain motor vehicle logs, documentation, and driving standards as required by the Department of Transportation (DOT), federal/state authorities, and Ingram Micro
  • ITAD Technologies.
  • Regularly inspect company assigned equipment and hardware.

  • Report repair and/or maintenance requests to Operations Manager.

  • Maintain vehicle in a clean and fueled state of readiness.

Must have a safe driving record with no traffic occurrences over the last 30 months and have the flexibility to travel on overnight trips and be flexible with late or early job schedules.

Quality and Customer Service:

  • Provide courteous and professional customer service

  • Bridge client relations

  • Adhere to all quality, environmental, health and safety standards

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years' driving experience

  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lb.'s without assistance

  • Professional appearance and behavior, including punctuality

  • Be results oriented, and have excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to interface with technical and non-technical staff

  • Strong communication skills: written, verbal, comprehension

  • Ability to understand and carry out instructions in various forms (written, oral or diagram)

  • Strong problem solving skills and adaptable to change in process or required activities

  • Ability to identify IT devices including, PC's, laptops, HDD's, printers, networking, monitors

  • Valid Class B CDL and ability to drive 26 ft. box truck w/ Air Brakes

  • Must not be disqualified to drive a commercial motor vehicle as per CFR 391.15

  • Must have a clear driving record showing no accidents in a thirty (30) month time period and no more than two (2) moving violations in the same time period

  • Ability to work independently and perform other duties as assigned

The Medical Science Liaison develops professional relationships with thought leaders and academic centers and translates those relationships into business and research opportunities, as well as providing timely, accurate, unbiased fair-and balanced product information to internal and external customers. The Medical Science Liaison disseminates technical and scientific presentations to critical stakeholders including: key institutions, key opinion leaders, and insurance companies. Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Interpret and effectively communicate relevant medical and scientific topics and literature; * Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of disease state, clinical information, and product data within assigned therapeutic area; * Support and facilitate medical communications and publications (e.g. abstracts, case studies/series, review articles, etc.); * Initiate and manage scientific studies for use in post-marketing investigations; * Assist with the development and review of scientific marketing presentation materials; * Contribute to development of databases of medical and scientific information regarding products and similar/competing products; * Support marketing and sales teams with medical and scientific expertise; * Work effectively across multidisciplinary groups in a timely fashion in support of business outcomes; * Support sales training activities by serving as a product expert in training sessions; * Present complex medical and scientific ideas fluently to internal and external audiences including, health care professionals, managed care organizations, key health care decision makers, patents functions and Executives; * Attend major conventions, symposiums, advisory board programs, and congresses to provide medical and scientific support to internal and external customers; * Identify, develop, and maintain strong working relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
