We are seeking an experienced Driver and Computer Technician to join the transportation and logistics team to drive to client sites and perform IT Asset Disposition and Recovery services in accordance with each client's statement of work.

Candidates must be well organized and possess excellent customer service skills.


  • Technical Knowledge (Training will be provided):

  • Technical/functional knowledge of computer hardware

  • Familiarity with the Android OS mobile platform

  • Barcode/Asset tag scanning

  • Ability to identify system errors and apply above average knowledge of computer hardware

Shipment Preparation:

  • Package, palletize, load, transport, and unload freight in a manner that adheres to all required safety and quality standards.

  • Prepare, receive and remit appropriate documentation for the delivery or pick up of freight to ensure accurate order tracking, and timely service.

  • Responsible for managing packaging supply inventory at an Ingram Micro

  • ITAD facility or cross dock
  • Responsible for all inventory management, onsite scanning, and reconciliation.


  • Remove, transfer, and deliver electronic assets and equipment to an Ingram Micro
  • ITAD facility or cross dock.
  • Maintain motor vehicle logs, documentation, and driving standards as required by the Department of Transportation (DOT), federal/state authorities, and Ingram Micro
  • ITAD Technologies.
  • Regularly inspect company assigned equipment and hardware.

  • Report repair and/or maintenance requests to Operations Manager.

  • Maintain vehicle in a clean and fueled state of readiness.

Must have a safe driving record with no traffic occurrences over the last 30 months and have the flexibility to travel on overnight trips and be flexible with late or early job schedules.

  • Provide courteous and professional customer service

  • Bridge client relations

  • Adhere to all quality, environmental, health and safety standards

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years' driving experience

  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lb.'s without assistance

  • Professional appearance and behavior, including punctuality

  • Be results oriented, and have excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to interface with technical and non-technical staff

  • Strong communication skills: written, verbal, comprehension

  • Ability to understand and carry out instructions in various forms (written, oral or diagram)

  • Strong problem solving skills and adaptable to change in process or required activities

  • Ability to identify IT devices including, PC's, laptops, HDD's, printers, networking, monitors

  • Valid Class B CDL and ability to drive 26 ft. box truck w/ Air Brakes

  • Must not be disqualified to drive a commercial motor vehicle as per CFR 391.15

  • Must have a clear driving record showing no accidents in a thirty (30) month time period and no more than two (2) moving violations in the same time period

  • Ability to work independently and perform other duties as assigned

Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Stocks vending CKs and machines with fresh food, snacks, candy, canned beverages, food, coffee, condiments and cups neatly, accurately and in a timely fashion according to time schedule. * Ensures that food, milk and ice cream are kept under appropriate hot or cold conditions as per standards. * Maintains appropriate stocking and merchandising when filling items (proper code dates, variety and merchandise is stocked in an orderly fashion). * Maintains proper product handling, safety and sanitation standards while stocking. * Keeps display equipment clean and free of debris. * Keeps machine lights in proper working order at all times. * Responsible for securing and locking all equipment. * Responsible for safe handling and security of money when collecting, transporting and depositing. * Responsible for securing vehicle at all times. * Exhibits a cheerful and helpful manner when dealing with customers. * Demonstrates a complete understanding of daily servicing and maintaining equipment accurately. * Relays relevant comments received from customers directly to Supervisor. * Completes shift work, as assigned, timely and thoroughly in accordance with department standards. * Completes any necessary paperwork timely, thoroughly and legibly. * Maintain and control inventory utilizing handheld scanner. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications * Prior route experience preferred. * Good communication skills * Retail experience a plus. * Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to management, customers and fellow team members. * Demonstrated ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions. * Must be able to drive automatic and standard transmission vehicles and must have own transportation to and from work. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Must have a valid Chauffeur's license or ability to obtain within 30 days.
