Our Drivers#are required to: Have at least 6 months of experience in a transportation-related role and a current, valid PA Driver#s License; Be able to effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members using excellent customer service skills; Be certified in CPR/First Aid and AED operation. Pennsylvania Department of Human Services Direct training must be completed during orientation, if not already certified. CDL with passenger endorsement is preferred.
