Lyft is looking for a bright, hard-working, Operations Associate to join our Driver Growth team! In this role, you will work within our internal tooling systems to support ongoing driver documentation processes. This includes aspects of quality assurance, troubleshooting driver applications, assisting teammates with operational questions, and flagging/investigating issues for the engineering team. You're hungry for success, and the mission of beating aggressive, audacious goals excites you. You want to help build this incredible Lyft movement across the U.S, and beyond. You are a sensitive and skillful communicator who can adapt your tone and communication style depending on your audience. You embody our entrepreneurial spirit and will go the extra mile to execute tasks.
Work on consistent tasks necessary to daily operations
Use internal communication software to collaborate with your teammates, management, and other departments
Utilize internal tools to investigate issues related to driver documents
Identify and solve problems on the fly
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred
Impeccable problem-solving skills
Keen eye for identifying operational efficiencies
Able to stay energized and motivated in a high-volume work environment
Excellent, clear verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficient with a Mac/PC
