Key Responsibilities

  • Helps drive a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions to their needs.

  • Delights clients by ensuring a smooth end-to-end delivery process.

  • Moves clients' products safely into their home while unboxing, installing, and checking functionality.

  • Determines the best way to bring merchandise into clients' homes.

  • Assists clients in completing all paperwork and obtaining appropriate documentation for proof of delivery.

  • Hauls away clients' previous technology products either alone or leading two person teams.

  • Provides training to newly on-boarded Geek Squad drivers.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6 months of experience with recommending products, services, or solutions to clients in a retail or direct in-home environment

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull weight up to 350 pounds alone or up to 700 pounds as part of a team with the use of a harness, lift, or dolly

  • Must be 21 years of age

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with building and maintaining client relationships in a leadership capacity
