At our stores, we offer one of the most extensive, competitively priced fine wine and cheese selections. We are well-known for our excellent, personable customer service and our knowledgeable wine staff.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

*Match all deliveries against correct paperwork

*Ensure that items to be delivered are securely transported

*Keep delivery vehicle organized and clean

*Perform deliveries promptly

*Maintain secure vehicle

*Ensure that vehicle is operated in compliance with all applicable traffic and road regulations (including no cell phone usage while driving)

*Perform general maintenance as needed

* Make delivers on occasion as required


*Strong sense of customer service

*Must be able to drive for long periods of time

*Good verbal communication skills

* Candidates must be over 18 years of age, be available to work nights and weekends.

* Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.

* Valid NJ drivers license required (CDL not necessary). Must have a CLEAN driving record.

A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk and understand the value of good communication skills. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and these CSRs can gather that for you. Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to answer customer questions or resolve complaints.
