Driver Check-In Clerk

Kohl Wholesale is looking for a Driver Check-in Clerk to meet with drivers at the end of their routes to ensure their paperwork is in order for the Accounting and Operations Departments. This postition will be backing up the truck builder as well.

HOURS: 12:00p.m.

• 8:30p.m. Monday

• Friday

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Accounting and warehouse inventory experience is a plus.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft office programs, including Excel.

• Must be responsible and organized, as well as a team player.

• Must possess strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

• Knowledge of shipping office functions necessary to facilitate proper workflow.

• Establish and maintain effective working relationship with associates, customers, and the public.

• Able to think critically and solve problems.

• Should possess ability to recognize and correct problems, request assistance to correct them when necessary, or refer them to the appropriate supervisor.

• Able to work under stress and adapt to changing conditions.

• Exposure to uncomfortable temperature levels such as occasional exposure to environmental variation and weather changes if working outside the warehouse.

• Must have visual and aural faculties sufficient to enable employee to perform all tasks as set forth and assigned to him/her.
