$1000 Sign On Bonus - $500 paid after 90 days; $500 paid after 180 days and must still be employed at the time of the bonus pay out.

The Driver Assistant is a positive and eager to learn team player. The Driver Assistant is generally responsible to assist with loading and un-loading products, moving tires, and performing tasks at the direction of the supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Do the right thing when interacting between employees and/or customers by communicating and representing one's self and Belle Tire in a professional manner

• Assist in loading and unloading of product

• Follow Belle Tire safety methods and policies

• Ready to start work by scheduled time

• General shop maintenance and cleaning tasks in areas as assigned

• Other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications:

• 18 years of age

• Valid Driver's License

• Ability to read and write English

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED or vocational training is helpful

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years of general labor experience

Physical Requirements

• The ability to be on your feet for long periods of time

• The ability to safely lift of up to 75 pounds to chest level

• Bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, stretching, grabbing, reaching and any other activity normally associated with a general laborer position and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.

Working Conditions:

Varying work hours, Mon-Sat, some overtime may be required. Workshop environment, with heavy physical requirements
