Role Summary:

The Finance IT Productivity Leader will be responsible leveraging the Oracle ERP and other business-related systems to drive simplification to processes and enhance visibility to key metric which drive the operations of the business. This person will work cross functionally to assess the landscape of opportunities to us the digital thread to simplify the way we work.

Essential Responsibilities:

In the role of Drilling Systems Finance IT Productivity Leader, you will:

Partner with the IT team & resources to lead key objectives

Review the financial reporting landscape and develop a roadmap to enhance reporting capability which will remove non-value work within the Finance organization

Assist in developing real time visibility to key business metrics cross-functionally (in Tableau or another proposed digital platform)

Assist the team in performing data analytics for large sets of data linked to key productivity projects the business prioritizes

Assess current processes for accounting for CSAs and propose most efficient digital tool to use going forward

Partner with Services team to enhance the User Experience of engagedrilling as needed

Work with team to digitize the Integrated Business Planning process

Assess and propose opportunities for artificial intelligence to be leveraged within Oracle processes and/or reporting processes


Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

Minimum 4 years of experience in finance and/or Digital Technology

Desired Characteristics:

CAS, EFLP, MBA or FMP graduate (BHGE Employees only)

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
