Drilling Assistant

This position is for the Ballston Spa, NY office. LaBella is a multi-disciplined architectural and engineering firm dedicated to client satisfaction through teamwork, respect, and trust. We provide services that take a project from start to finish-from an initial study to determine a project's feasibility to construction administration and start up, and everything in between.

We are currently hiring for experienced and entry level Driller's Assistants for environmental and geotechnical drilling projects. Responsibilities: Assist lead driller with all drilling operations, including but not limited to, collection of soil and rock core samples, installation of monitoring wells and decommissioning wells. Assisting in maintenance of drill rigs, support vehicles and equipment.

Loading and unloading supplies for daily drilling activities. Operation of miscellaneous equipment such as jackhammers, generators, pumps, pressure washers, etc. Other duties as assigned by the lead driller.
