Drain Cleaning Reports to: Drain Manager Date: 4/11/2024 FSLA Status: Non-Exempt Summary:

This position will diagnose and repair drain issues and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions. Work with other multiple departments to inspire efficient and effective communication and ensure a job is done right. Perform and produce based on company core values . Other duties may be assigned. Demonstrate Aquarius' Core Values at a high level. Knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to make on-the-job applications.

Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams. Execute drain-cleaning work in a clean, professional, and efficient manner. Build and present options ethically for both repairs and permanent solutions.

Respectfully work with dispatch, managers, and other in-house staff to ensure smooth operation for completed and incomplete jobs. Ensure proper billing, invoicing, and daily documenting of activities. Maintain company-provided vehicle and inventory of parts, tools, and shop equipment.

Keep your company truck clean, inside, and out. Keep your truck inventory up to date. Properly complete paperwork.

Join the on-call rotation. Maintain a clean and professional appearance. Have and maintain a clean driving record.

Participate actively in all training exercises and meetings, which allows you to grow and develop as a professional. Strong desire to be a better technician tomorrow than you are today. Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.

Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Valid driver's license with clean driving and criminal record. Must be able to pass background checks. Must be able to regularly lift 50 pounds.

Able to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely. Must be highly detailed and demonstrate the ability to follow through. Highly motivated, flexible, and has a great attitude on life.

Demonstrates a strong ability to multi-task and problem-solve with a sense of urgency. Punctual and prepared to work before the scheduled start time. Clean presentation of self and vehicle.
