Job Description

• Perform downstream processing laboratory support, including column chromatography, normal-flow and cross-flow filtration, solution preparation, basic analytical methods, summarizing and reporting data, and other related activities.

• Isolate/purify/concentrate viral harvests.

• Assist with large-scale preps and routine processing.

• Maintain an electronic laboratory notebook to document all lab-based work, write basic study reports and delivery memos, and assist with more complicated report writing.

Qualifications

Education: Bachlors or Masters degree in a scientific concentration with 1-2 yrs of industry experience.

Ideal Experience:

• viral purification/extraction

• aseptic technique

• GxP experience

• AKTA experience

• eLN experience

• cell culture

• assay development

Additional Information

Position is full-time, the role is 1st Shift Monday-Friday 8am-5pm . Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Spring House, PA are encouraged to apply.
