Duties and Responsibilities:
Key, scan and/or verify alpha-numeric data accurately and efficiently from hard-copy documents to a computer system.
Compare informational data between various databases to verify statutory compliance.
Learn quickly basic software programs.
Perform administrative processing tasks including, but not limited to, copying, opening mail, barcoding, scanning, and mailing out correspondence.
Respond to customer service needs courteously on the Bureau of Election Records Help Desk, or Voter Assistance Hotline, as needed.
CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS: A Level 2 criminal background check is a condition of employment.
If selected for this position, you must provide your fingerprints. We will send your fingerprints to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Federal Bureau of Investigation for a criminal background check.
