About the Position:

As a Doorperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests and ensuring their safety and security during their stay. You will serve as the first point of contact for guests and will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Accountability

• The Doorperson is responsible for maintaining a safe and organized entrance and exit area. They must ensure all guests are assisted promptly and professionally while adhering to security protocols.

Communication

• Effective communication is vital for the Doorperson role. They must greet guests with a friendly demeanor, provide necessary information, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Family

• We consider our team and guests as part of our extended family. The Doorperson should embody this core value by treating all individuals with respect, empathy, and courtesy, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Exceptional Service

• Our commitment to exceptional service is non-negotiable. The Doorperson must go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations, assisting with luggage, providing directions, and offering assistance whenever needed.

Profitability

• While the Doorperson's primary role is guest service, they should also be mindful of operational efficiency. This includes ensuring smooth traffic flow at the entrance, assisting with valet services, and helping optimize the use of available resources.

About YOU:

To work at our company, you should possess the following experience and attributes:

• High school diploma or equivalent education.

• Valid In State Driver's License Required for this role. Will be moving guest's vehicles from time to time.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sense of accountability and responsibility.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Reliable, friendly, and ability to create a lasting impression.

• Physical ability to move quickly and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs.)

• Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
