Job Description:
Ensures timely communication with health system donors including transaction processing, follow-up correspondence, and appropriate utilization of donor management software.
Responsible for securing donors and sponsors for various events and provides logistical support for fundraising activities and events.
Facilitates grants and scholarships by processing applications, maintaining appropriate records, and preparing accountability reports.
Will act as a liaison between other key leaders and departments as well as hold responsibility for confidentiality and time-sensitive material.
Provides high-level administrative support to the Vice President
Qualifications:
Required:
High School diploma or equivalent, required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) applications
Superior writing skills
Excellent attention to details, organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to anticipate needs
Excellent time management skills
Highly confidential
Preferred:
Prefer college Degree
Experience working closely with board of directors and community leaders
Proficiency in coordinating meetings, both physical and virtual
Basic Information Technology trouble-shooting skills
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique and coordination of people and resources
Experience with customer relationship management software preferred
Experience with fundraising, donor communication, or securing sponsorships preferred
