We are seeking a reliable and friendly Donation Attendant to join our team at our Grand Haven location. The Donation Attendant will be responsible for accepting and processing donations, maintaining a clean and organized donation area, and providing excellent customer service to donors.

Responsibilities:

• Accept and process donations from donors

• Sort and organize donations

• Maintain a clean and organized donation area

• Provide excellent customer service to donors

• Assist with loading and unloading donations

• Keep accurate records of donations

• Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
