Responsibilities:
Partners with Marketing Ops Lead to deliver ESP requests
Coordinates all technical launch planning between the CP, Campaign PM and the ESP Account Lead
Manages Workback SLA and hand-over timelines with ESP
Owns the ESP request process per Line-of-Business
Works in Workfront to manage task distribution and completion of all items related to requestion and launch process
Handles hand-off to ESP, including revisions, UAT planning and final testing
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
Minimum 7 years of experience related to the job description.
Preferred Qualifications:
Should have 4 to 5 years of experience in Customer Relationships Management workflows
Strong knowledge on Oracle, Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and SharePoint/Teams
Expert experience with data ETL process, data engineering, data process at scale and data visualization
Expert experience with Marketing Technology platforms and tools.
Expert experience with standard PM/MRM technology tools like Adobe Workfront, Ryke, Monday.com or SmartSheets
General experience with how CRM/Email/Direct Marketing process steps from beginning to end
General experience dealing with ESPs like a oracle is plus
General experience documenting business and technology requirements related to enterprise tech platforms is a major plus
