Relevant Experience

• 14 to 18 years of strong consulting and client engagement skills with experience in either of the following Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical or Life Sciences domains

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

o Knowledge and experience in Pharma and/or Medical Device Manufacturing related operational transformation

o Executed Digital Transformation strategies in Manufacturing or Quality domains incl experience in Applications (like MES, CMMS, QMS) Configuration and/or Deployment;

o Strong expertise in Pharma Manufacturing or MedTEch Manufacturing

o Sufficient experience in driving IT/OT convergence.

o Expertise in CMC, PD and /or Quality Desirable

o Experience in Cell & Gene Therapies/mRNA desirable

o Nice to have experience in the area of Pharma Quality and cGMP / GAMP.

o Conversant with the usage of Enterprise as well as Plant IT applications across ISA S95. in the pharma manufacturing industry and Familiarity with S95 & S88 standards

o Experience on Digital Manufacturing / Pharma 4.0 or Industry 4.0

Hands on experience in transformational and/or consulting engagement is a must
