Job Title: Live out Executive Housekeeper

Location:
Omaha, Nebraska

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday:
  • Morning Shift: 8 or 9 AM - 1 PM
  • Break: 1 PM - 3 PM
  • Afternoon Shift: 3 PM - 5 PM
• Evenings as needed
• Occasional Saturdays when entertaining

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and deep cleaning tasks.
• Handle laundry with a high level of care, including washing, ironing, and managing fine fabrics.
• Change and clean bed linens regularly.
• Grocery shopping and trips to the dry cleaner as needed.
• Care for a Cocker Spaniel, including feeding the dog when the family is not home.
• Manage household supply inventory and coordinate with vendors for repairs or maintenance.
• Pay special attention to detail in dusting, including blinds and other often-overlooked areas.
• Cut and arrange fresh flowers to enhance the household ambiance.
• Set out breakfast with attention to 5-star hotel touches.
• Regularly check the refrigerator and dispose of expired food.
• Maintain the home and provide management services when the family is traveling.
• Stay overnight to care for the dog a few times per year during family travel.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a housekeeper in a similar role.
• High proficiency in laundry care and handling fine fabrics.
• Reliable and self-motivated with the ability to anticipate needs.
• Respectful of privacy and boundaries, with a preference for not engaging in unnecessary conversation.
• Pet-friendly, with the ability to care for a dog.
• Willingness to stay overnight when needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and well-run household.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and occasional Saturdays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for errands.
• Must be comfortable and competent in managing household supplies and vendor coordination.
