Creature Comforts Veterinary Resort and Suites, Inc. (CCVRS) is the vision of Craig and Donna Lambert. Dr. Lambert began Creature Comforts Veterinary House Call Service in 2001 and has practiced veterinary medicine in the Upstate since 1994. Donna and her husband, Craig, married their respective careers and launched Creature Comforts Veterinary Resort and Suites, inc. in 2008 after years of research, preparation, and planning. Their goal, the ultimate in animal care, was realized by much hard work, faith, and favor. CCVRS has united some of the finest talent in the Upstate area for Veterinary Care, Boarding, Grooming, Training and General Pet Care. We are proud to offer our patients an on-site premium full service veterinary clinic experience in a warm and fun environment. Our clinic provides preventative care, care for sick and injured pets, dentistry, full surgical services, laboratory, and imaging needs to the pets in our community. We aim to be a trusted partner in the lives of pets while offering the highest in quality of innovative medicine for pets.
We're located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in the growing city of Inman, just outside of Spartanburg. Inman has a wonderful small-town charm with a historic downtown district, highly rated public schools, attractive neighborhoods, and beautiful weather to enjoy the seasons of our picturesque natural backdrop. Every year on the last Saturday of September, the Annual Harvest Day attracts thousands of visitors for music, food, fun and festivities. We also host a Summer Concert Series in the downtown district on Friday nights, for everyone to enjoy.

Job Description
Dog Day Care Attendant Duties and Responsibilities:
Give dogs water throughout the day
Take dogs for walks
Handle bathing and grooming tasks as needed
Clean and maintain daycare, keeping it free of waste and other unsanitary or hazardous materials
Supervise play areas to ensure pet safety
Keep records of pet's health and walking schedules for each dog
Perform light receptionist duties, such as answering phones and emails
Schedule: mostly weekdays and some weekends
Pay range: $10.50 per experience
Qualifications
Required skills:
Experience with large dogs
Experience working in a Resort and/or Day Camp
Will be outside for a majority of their shifts
We are looking for someone with:
Prior experience at a dog daycare facility, shelter, or in personal animal care
Familiarity with various dog breeds
Passion for taking care of animals
Teamwork and communication skills
Physical stamina for this very high physically demanding job
Ability to be outside even when the weather is good or bad, required
Ability to life 40 pounds, required
Ability to restrain a large dog on a leash and handle dogs in a group play environment, required
