Act as an architect for new infrastructure implementations, specifically Virtual Computing, Grid Technologies and cluster computing. Project deliverables include assessing the current business requirements, proposing and recommending a future state and developing a roadmap for the list of projects required to achieve the recommended future state.
In addition to understanding high performance computing and GRID technologies, responsibilities may include making product recommendations, installations, prototyping, and assisting migration of legacy system into these technologies. The ability to adapt solutions from one environment to another, addressing new capabilities and system integration problems, is required. Expected to demonstrate disciplined work habits leading to products that are well-structured, documented, and carefully tested. This position has direct interaction with end users and customers.
Additional responsibilities include:
Review the migration of the Client systems into the Documentum system, using EMMA and development of apps to perform migration. Junior position to help senior architect with the new Documentum system to replace the Client System. This includes Workflows, Jobs, DFC, Process Builder, Annotations, User and Group Security.
Also, assist with the development of various external robots that will use the Documentum system, using the Documentum Rest services and .NET. Both resources will be working on various BAU projects.
Knowledge of and experience with EMC's Documentum product suite.
Experience with Documentum Content Server 6.X, 7.X with xPlore & xCP
