Job Description:

For our Business Unit Grid Automation based in Genova we are looking for a Documentation Specialist who will perform document control and record management on behalf of project user groups. This may include maintenance of files, archiving and management of repositories.

Your responsibilities:

• You will outline a long-term storage strategy for documents and drawings.

• You will adhere to regulatory requirements.

• You will ensure documentation integrity.

• You will control access to documents.

• You will label, sort, and categorize document for ease of use.

• You will work with colleagues to ensure consistency of documentation practice across the company.

• You will remove document that are obsolete.

• You will utilize storage software and applications for electronic filing.

• You will perform transcription and conversion work.

Your background:

• Degree in engineering or technical diploma.

• Proven work experience as a Documentation Specialist or similar role is a plus.
