The R&D Documentation Coordinator will facilitate and coordinate all aspects of the R&D Documentation process. The position also requires the maintenance of electronic and manual archives.
Main Job Duties:
Maintain filing and storage area for all R&D Study Records, Lab Notebooks, Design History Files, and Histology slides
Assign R&D Study numbers
Assign memo numbers
Assign Lab Notebooks and perform routine Lab Notebook audits
Update and maintain electronic and manual archive of lot Device History Files
File and retrieve documents and files as needed.
Prepare documents and lab notebooks for Off-Site storage
Support the creation of new and revisions to existing documents (i.e. policies, procedures, work instructions, and forms).
Support of records related issues during internal and external audits
Education and Experience:
• HS Degree
• Essential knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel)
• 1-2 years experience working in a documentation control environment
• Good communications skills and ability to multi-task and work independently
Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies (includes Licenses, Credentials)
• Knowledge of electronic document control systems
• Previous experience to include medical device/pharmaceutical regulated companies

Research outstanding purchase orders as needed. Must ensure a high level of customer satisfaction using effective communication in a pleasant and professional manner. Must manage order processing with accuracy and speed. Responsible for communicating information regarding Bausch Health products to wholesale and speciality distributors, pharmacies, physicians and consumers. Responsible for providing support to sales force, regional and area business Health products and policies and will interact routinely with Bausch Health distribution center to support the accurate, timely and cost-effective shipment of customer and sales rep sample shipments. Experience: Requires knowledge of all customer service areas, with special emphasis on handling customer calls and order processing. Must have data entry experience and be able to accurately and efficiently process customers orders. Must be able to interact well with Customer Service Manager, Finance Dept., Supply Chain and other departments within the company. Responsibilities * Responsibility for accurately processing all EDI, Faxed and Phone orders to in in a timely and efficient manner. * Responsible for answering the Customer Service phone line, handling inquiries where appropriate and directing calls to the correct department as necessary. * Track and report product order trends by wholesale customers to manager on a daily basis. * Works closely with Customer Service Manager to ensure smooth transition of product launches including collection of orders, shipping and invoicing. * Works closely with Customer Service Administrator to ensure product is available to fill the day's orders and provide updates via email of any obsolete product appearing on current inventory reports. * Ensures the timely closing on a daily basis of all orders (trade and samples) by meeting the timeline set by Finance Dept. and by working in conjunction with Customer Service - Manager. * Ensures all customer inquiries or requests i.e call tags, PO information and tracking requests by customers are completed in a timely and efficient manner. * Process all claims: any damages, shortages or overages claim forms for Bausch Health wholesale customers. This includes verifying claims with our 3rd party shipper for substantiation of said claim by customer. * Monitor Returns reports for any unauthorized Returns and escalate the Manager if the need arises. * Responsible for tracking and substantiating POD's on customer orders. * Responsible to ensure that all customers have valid pharmacy license and/or DEA license. Responsible for keeping accurate records concerning licenses. * Respond and resolve all customer inquiries received via telephone, email, mail and fax, including, but not limited to product information and sample requests; ordering and order status; account information; new account applications; product availability; product quality; patient assistance program; RMA and credit requests; promotions and events; coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately; sent to the relevant department if additional followup needed in a timely manner. * Responsible for escalating, logging in salesforce all product quality complaints associated with Bausch Health marketed drug products. Additional responsibilities include complaint acknowledgement, sample replacements and retrieval, and product replacement. * Responsible for initiating/updating/maintaining new and existing account information in the system. Responsibilities include: verifying new account information for completeness and facilitating approvals; updating DEA license information; address changes; payment terms changes. * Ensure SOX compliance with order processing procedures. * Meet or exceed department call performance goals. * Generate sales reports for account holders and area business manages as requested. * Performs support functions and other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Knowledge: Complete understanding of customer service operations. Knowledge of People Soft will be helpful but not required. Data entry skills.
