Primary responsibilities will be supporting the Customer Service and Transportation Departments by monitoring international and domestic shipments from origin to destination. Duties include assisting with the management of shipments with data entry, phone and email communication and paperwork distribution. This individual will be accurately entering data into our shipment tracking system, apprising team members, agents and customers with current status of assigned shipments.


  • College degree desired, but not required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and precision in daily work

  • Displayed sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure

  • Must be very organized with the ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize workload

  • Focused with attention to detail

  • Goal-oriented and driven

Overview We're looking for a Volunteer Coordinator to join our team. You will report directly to the Director of Operation. You will be responsible for representing the volunteers and advocating for volunteer services, identifying needs for volunteers, recruiting volunteers, and assigning volunteers with patients/families. * Supervises all volunteer activity in local area of service * Assesses patient/family request for volunteer placement and assigns volunteer as appropriate.
