Responsibilities and Duties

  • Edit, type, and prepare memoranda of a technical and/or managerial nature.

  • Maintain logs relating to work in progress, meetings, etc.

  • Prepare specialized communications, maintain logs on communications sent and received, arrange and log special shipments of records.

  • Develop flow diagrams, configuration drawings, functional systems flow diagrams, graphics, etc.

  • Knowledgeable in the use of word processing software and the use of advanced software features such as style sheets and macros.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related area; and two (2) or more years of progressive experience in the field or in a related area.

  • Excellent briefing, writing, communication, administrative and organizational skills.

  • Must demonstrate ability to take initiative and to work independently, under stringent timelines and as member of a team.

  • Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities.

  • Ability to prioritize with good time management skills.

Summary This position is responsible for ensuring the control of documents used in a regulated testing environment. Essential Job Duties Fully competent in performing all document control duties and may perform any combination of the following tasks: Document Management * Perform the process of internal document revision/approval/publication. * Process, route, and send-out testing instructions to sponsors to obtain approval for testing. * Work with internal clients to ensure their document control needs are met. * Perform other duties as assigned.
