We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic Document Specialist to join our growing New York Team!

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all documentation complies with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines set forth by regulatory bodies such as the FDA (Food and Drug Administration), USDA (United States Department of Agriculture), and other local or international regulatory agencies.

  • Assist with the maintenance of all documents related to food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. This includes standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, forms, and other relevant documentation.

  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop and maintain quality documentation systems, including quality control procedures, specifications, and quality records.

  • Establish and maintain accurate records of all documents, including version control, approvals, and updates.

  • Ensure that document repositories are organized and easily accessible to authorized personnel. Exemplary organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Abilities in clear communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of previous experience in a food manufacturing environment.

  • Familiarity with HACCP, ISO standards, and food safety protocols.

  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.

  • Candidates holding HACCP certification is a plus.

  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
