Working Hours: 15 - 30 hours a week (2-5 days a week)

OVERVIEW:

A global freight forwarding/ logistics company is looking for a detail-oriented individual as a Part-Time Document Scanning and Filing Specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to accurately scan and file documents according to specific guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not are limited to:

• Accurately scan documents using designated scanning equipment.

• Follow specific guidelines for scanning and filing documents in a precise manner.

• Ensure that scanned data is correctly stored in the automated system and designated folders.

• Verify the accuracy of scanned documents to prevent errors in data storage.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient document management process.

• Troubleshoot and address any issues related to the scanning process or data storage.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information during the scanning and filing process.

• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in document scanning techniques and equipment operation.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.

• Ability to follow specific guidelines and procedures for document scanning and filing.

• Familiarity with automated document storage systems is a plus.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
