Summary

This position is responsible for ensuring the imaging and archival of documents used in a regulated testing environment.

Essential Job Duties

May perform any combination of the following document imaging tasks:

  • Ensure all documents receive proper date / time recordkeeping.

  • Collect lab materials throughout labs and deliver internal mail.

  • Scan documents in accordance with proper scanning procedures.

  • Verify that all scanned images are exact and true copies of physical documents.

  • Post sponsor final report data and other data to customer portal.

  • Send reports by U.S. Mail, email, FedEx, or UPS (when applicable).

  • Perform daily checks to ensure documents are processed appropriately.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Know and follow applicable regulatory requirements (GMP, GLP, ISO, etc.)
  • Know and follow company policies and procedures

Professional Development

  • Complete required training on time

Education and Additional Skills

High School Diploma or equivalent, plus applicable training and experience

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to follow written instructions

  • Must have verbal and written communication skills

  • Customer service skills

  • Ability to work in a team setting

  • Proficient at typing

  • Basic computer skills - knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet usage, email and basic computer navigational skills

  • Must be able to effectively prioritize tasks and respond to customer inquiries

  • Must be able to multi-task and support a team environment

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand/walk for 30% of the day and 70% of the day sitting at a desk and/or on the computer. This position may require occasional lifting of maximum of 35lbs.
