Duties and Responsibilities:
Will edit and format technical documents for submission to DoD Installations.
Will receive marked up document from the Engineers and Program Managers and is responsible for producing the technical documents meeting internal standards for timely submission of deliverables.
Develop, prepare and edit and format a variety of (Technical reports/plans) up to 1000-page including:
SPCC/FRP Plans, SWPPP;
Minutes of staff studies/meetings, and briefings;
Formal Meeting Minutes; and
Formal Weekly and Monthly program updates to government clients.
Participate on project teams of military personnel/civilian/contractors and subject matter experts responsible for producing observations, findings, lessons observed, and recommendations.
Present professionally to senior leadership and outside clients
Other duties as assigned

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a minimum of 4 years equivalent work experience in lieu of education
A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Administrative Office Setting
A minimum of 3 years of experience editing and preparing documents
Computer experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.
Experience with Google Docs is a plus
Government experience a plus
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Have an understanding of /or ability to quickly learn technical language used in SPCC and SWPPPs
Ability to adapt and follow project schedules and deadlines for deliverables
High attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to take proactive action when needed
Full mastery of the English language including proper grammar and spelling
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently, balancing priorities to meet deadlines
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality when dealing with proprietary information and sensitive situations
