We are currently recruiting highly qualified candidates, whose background and career goals meet our needs, for the following position in our Huntsville, AL facility. Please note that due to our Department of Defense contract requirements, U.S. CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED.

Position Title: Documentation Control Support

Position Overview and Responsibilities:

Control of incoming and outgoing documentation and processes. Routing changes in Agile database for documents. Scanning and filing documentation. Printing, controlling and distribution of work instructions and other quality related documents.

  • Updates logs, databases and catalogues.

  • Maintain files of Engineering Drawings, project reports, specifications and documentation.

  • Use scanner, copier and email to control and issue work instructions.

  • Assign and monitor document numbers, and review documents for accuracy and completeness.

  • Order supplies to maintain reproduction services.

  • Interface with customer source inspectors and prepare source request documents.

  • Help contruct quality reports in support of AS9102 FAI documentations.

Education and Experience

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • 0-1 years' experience

Typically, educational requirements are the equivalent of a Ph.D. with a minimum 4 years of experience; Masters with at least 8 years of experience, or a BS with at least 10 years of experience. A minimum of 5 years of applicable experience directly related to Environmental Control and Life Support Systems is desired. * Intermediate or greater skill level and experience of Personal Computers, MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and Outlook * Have strong customer relations skills * Have the ability to multi-task and transition between quick turnaround assignments * Show initiative and be proactive to make connections and build relationships with key players on the tasks * Demonstrate strong technical writing and presentation skills Essential Functions Work Environment Office environment. Requires ability to provide clear, concise, accurate and timely communication, both verbally and in writing (100%). Requires ability to interact professionally with co-workers, management, and client (100%). Requires travel in the domestic USA (<15%).<o:p> Physical Requirements Requires sitting for extended periods of time in meetings with peers, management, and with our client at NASA facilities to discuss technical issues (10%).
